The Records Office holds all student records for current students and student Index Number for former students.

  • To order transcripts and get them Printed: You must have graduated or last attended after 2014. (There is a 3-5 day processing period.) All requests are to be done by filling out the Transcript Request Form and turned into the Records Office and payment must be made upon Pick-Up in cash or Money Order, NO exceptions.
  • Records for graduates from 2000-2013 are in Records storage and have a 30-40 days processing period.
  • If you graduated Dorsey High from 1990 - 1999 your records have been sent to Student Records. They are being processed at our Central Office. Order online at lausd.scriborder.com or call (323) 224-5950 to request transcripts or for more information. 
  • Records for graduates from 1940 - 1989 you must fill out an Index Number request form to request Index Number. There are no records on campus for these years.
