Records Office / Transcripts

The Records Office holds all student records for current students and student Index Number for former Dorsey High School students.
To order transcripts and get them Printed, all requests are to be done by filling out the Transcript Request Form and emailing it to the Student records Clerk or physically turned into the Records Office. 

  • You must have graduated or last attended in 2000. If  you attended Susan Miller Dorsey High prior to 1999 your records have been sent to Student Records Center. Order online at: lausd.scriborder.com or call (323) 224-5950.
  • Records for graduates from 2000-2013 have a 4 to 6 weeks processing period. They are being processed at Susan Miller Dorsey High School Counseling Office. 
  • RECORDS FOR GRADUATES FROM 2014 TO CURRENT DATE, PLEASE ALLOW 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR REQUEST TO BE PROCESSED. Requests are processed on a first-come first-serve basis.
