CHROMEBOOK UPDATE, TROUBLESHOOTING & STUDENT REQUESTS

Students: before you bring your Chromebook in for service, please try these troubleshooting tips. Please fully charge your chromebook, log out, restart, log back in and change your password. If that doesn’t work, try these guides:

ECF Device Request

ECF Devices are Chromebooks with the option to have  LTE connectivity that parents or guardians can request from the District.  Once a request has been submitted, the school must stand by to receive a shipment from the district before a student receives requested device.

ECF devices are not currently immediately available from the school site, however the Parent/Guardian can pick up requested device by scheduling a pick-up appointment at the nearest LAUSD Tech Center. (LD West: Loyola Village EL Tech Center)
